CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Infosec Solutions, we strive to deliver quality products and professional installation services. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Order Cancellation​​

  • within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the product has not been dispatched.Orders can be cancelled

  • Once the product is shipped or installation is scheduled, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
    ​​

2. Product Returns & Refunds

  • Products are eligible for return only in case of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Damage during delivery

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Service Charges​​

  • Installation and service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • If a service is cancelled before execution, a partial refund may be provided after deducting any applicable costs.

4. No Refund Conditions​

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Delay caused due to customer unavailability for installation
