1. Order Cancellation​​

within 24 hours of confirmation, provided the product has not been dispatched.Orders can be cancelled

Once the product is shipped or installation is scheduled, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Product Returns & Refunds

Products are eligible for return only in case of:

Manufacturing defects

Damage during delivery

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Service Charges​​

Installation and service charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

If a service is cancelled before execution, a partial refund may be provided after deducting any applicable costs.

4. No Refund Conditions​
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
